If you are staying in a suite for 30 nights or longer, a minimum of 14 days’ notice is required to extend your stay. Extension requests made less than 14 days before your scheduled departure will be subject to availability and possible rate changes.

The minimum stay varies by property. Most of our properties require a minimum stay of 30 nights or more (which also qualifies for tax exemption), though we also offer short-term rentals for shorter stays in select Atlantic Canada locations.
